Pursuing ESCI & PubMed Central: The editorial office has submitted an application to the Emerging Sources Citation Index (ESCI) under Clarivate’s Web of Science and remains in active correspondence with PubMed Central (PMC) of the National Institutes of Health. Acceptance typically requires sustained publication consistency, rigorous peer-review documentation, ethical publishing compliance, and full adherence to international editorial standards — all of which JPAS continues to strengthen.
