The Knowledge and Technology Management and Publication Office (KTMP) serves as the central unit within the Research, Development, and Extension (RDE) Office of Cagayan State University. It is strategically located at the RDE Building, Caritan Sur, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan Valley 3500.
From this central hub, KTMP coordinates initiatives across the university to manage scholarly publications, promote research dissemination, and strengthen knowledge management and utilization.
